Elmbridge Cycle Group

Elmbridge Cycle Group runs informal rides on a regular basis. These rides are open to everyone whatever your age or ability.

The rides all start from the Hand and Spear at Weybridge Station. The rides are normally on the second Sunday of the month and operate all year round and generally take 3-4 hours including a leisurely stop for lunch at a pub.

The winter schedule for cycle rides is:

Sunday 14th November 11am 3 riders, washout
Sunday 12th December 11am 10 riders, good weather
Sunday 9th January 11am 7 riders, blue skies Route
Sunday 13th February 11am, 5 riders, damp and rainy Route
Sunday 13th March 11am, 6 riders, early rain cleared becoming a nice day. Route (Actual route varied)
Sunday 10th April 11am, 11 riders, sunny and warm Route
Friday 29th April, Weybridge to Paris
The summer schedule for 2011 is:
Sunday 8th May 11am, 10 riders, partly cloudy, breezy, warm Route
Sunday 12th June 11am, 5 riders (1 sans bike), steady rain all day Route
Sunday 3rd July 11am
Sunday 14th August 8:00am (all day ride)
Sunday 11th September 11am
Sunday 9th October 11am

Cyclists of all ages and abilities are welcome and the group will go at a pace that is suitable for everyone in the group. Children under 14 should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
